I like when the device has many good-working physical buttons because they are easily adjustable, but for some people, 5 will be enough, and the 16 are regarded as distracting elements. The Huion has 5, while the Wacom is extended with 16. There is also 1 more difference between models: buttons number. Sketchbook and Photoshop greatly work on both units, and the limiting factor is only the brushes, presets, and imagination. Furthermore, the GT-220’s read speed is much better than the 22HD’s (233 pps versus 133 pps). The Wacom Cintiq 22HD is supplemented by this peculiarity, but sometimes these functional characteristics work incorrectly and I have to push the pens with great effort to get the required result. Both models have modern screens but the Huion KAMVAS GT-220 doesn’t support the multitouch feature, so I can’t draw with 2 pens at a time.
